Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment was nice and “mostly” clean but didn’t feel the need to re clean. Good location with easy access to expo. Out of the way so less traffic. Parking garage made for safe transport. Felt really safe coming back late and leaving super early. Check in process a bit of a challenge and be prepared with own towel wash cloths for bath and kitchen. Kitchen adequately stocked.
