We booked a room with a king bed. Upon checking in, they told us our room was in que and would text us when our room was ready. We never received a text. When going back, our room was no longer available and we had to get a room with two queen beds instead. We were very disappointed.

The hotel is nice it's our second time there however the wait for food at the restaurant where the same services takeing over and hour close to 2 hour's for that reason eating there might not be and option next time but the facility was great

The Omni was beautiful. The dining and shopping on the premises were really cool! The room was a little dusty. Like the baseboards and some bathroom items

My only complaint was the valet parking. Chaos and unorganized. To too long to get car and everything always backed up.

Valet was way over priced, could barely pull the car in and always had to wait for it. Bobs steakhouse had good food but the wait staff pretty much ignored us the whole time.

This is our home away from home! We come here multiple times per year just to get away. We loving the amenities at Mokara spa, it’s so relaxing. The hotel is so close to great food and entertainment. We walk everywhere!

Location is wonderful..place is beautiful Room not clean..checked in late and didnt realize until I woke up that there was old blood on the sheet and pillowcase. Told the assistant when i checked out and got "sorry, I will let house keeping know" Expected alot more for 300 a night

Great location in the downtown. Easy to get to. Great dining in the area. I was surprised that with their room rates they charge for internet access.

This is a very nice hotel with very good amenities and an amazing bar. The room was very nice and clean but I think they forgot to dust it before we arrived. Minor nit pick.

My husband and I stayed the night to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We could only afford one night, however we had the best time in years! Hopefully we will be able to come back and experience it again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make a wonderful memory 💜

Check in progress wasn’t great. We arrived an hour and a half early and were told we would be put into a queue and contacted when our room was ready. We were never contacted. Luckily I found the key on a room board near the front desk around check in time. Never received a notification text at all

Check in was at 4… hotel even called the day before to verify what time I would check in. Was at the hotel at 4 in the valet (extremely busy), valet the car and checked in the hotel a few minutes later was told to (wait). We had dinner reservations at 5:45, after waiting an hour and a half at 5:40 our room was available. To say the least….we did not make our dinner reservations. 👎

Good clean hotel but for what the room costs it wasn’t worth it the refrigerator in our room didn’t work called they sent somebody to fix it and he said he did but he didn’t so we had to leave early because of medicine that had to be kept cool
