Old but well maintained with a ton of charm. We were in town to watch Florida State softball at University of Louisville. It was super close to the university and only about a 10 minute drive from downtown. Use of the garage was great, and it was big enough to easily fit my full size SUV. Our only complaint was that the stairs were pretty slick. Not bad for us adults, but a bit hazardous for the kids until they realized they needed to slow down and not go up and down in socks! Listing didn’t mention that it was in a flight pattern. Driveway was very narrow and hard to get in and out of the cars. We did make use of the garage which was better. The biggest issue for our group of 65+ were all the stairs and that both bathrooms were on the main floor. The master suite was excellent and had its own bathroom. There were two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs which meant that you either had to go up or down stairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night - a bit of a challenge for a few especially since the stairs were very narrow. We had two couples sharing each bathroom for showers but six people had to share the common bathroom if there was someone sleeping in the master. This might be a problem for some so be aware. The house was clean and the owners responded very quickly to a couple small issues upon check in. I would recommend especially for a family. ##### Rhoda G. One of our guest had to sleep on the couch because of this. Not a major problem obviously, but it would be nice for the website to be updated. There was a greasy film over the most of the cups provided, so 8 I assume guest were just running it with water only.
