There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kids loved the Pac Man game, and we appreciated there were tvs in each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of extras touches and details that showed how thoughtful the host was (sound machines, plenty of coffee, board games). We did not hear any noise from neighbors and I loved the decor throughout the home. Everything was very clean - I did not see anything that was missed or neglected. The host was amazing with communication and making sure everything was perfect. This location cannot be beat! We loved having breakfast at Wagner's, and seeing campus and Churchill Downs. There is a grocery store and Starbucks extremely close, it couldn't be more convenient. I am saving this property for future visits to the area - we would 100% stay here again. ##### Lucinda W.
