The house was large and functional. The first floor kitchen, dining, living space were great with everything that we needed. Parking is convenient, check-in and check-out were easy. No extra fees for anything. Very straightforward. Great communication from the host. The bedrooms all had good beds with new memory foam matresses and individual A/C units. The 3rd floor bedroom may be inconvenient for some and I would worry about that A/C keeping up on a hot summer day. The direct neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We never had any trouble or saw anything, but it is a bit on the edge. All the same, uber drivers and pizza deliveries got there with no problems. On the plus side, it is very convenient to downtown, I-65, and upcoming new neighborhoods. This area is starting to gentrify. Great for our boys trip and would be a good homebase for a bourbon tour.
