Our spacious abode offers large bedrooms, an inviting outdoor space, outdoor bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and stylish living room. Your ideal home base for an unforgettable Louisville escape. The Space: This unique historic home was fully remodeled in 2018 and features a new heating and cooling system, a mini split heating/cooling system in the upper level bedroom 3, and dual water heaters so you never run out of hot water with your large group! The outdoor tub features hot water but is shut off during the winter months (approx. Nov-Mar) PARKING: Street parking is the only parking option available, but it is free and plentiful. Enjoy your morning brew just how you like it! After your meal, you can head over to the lounge and relax on the comfy sofa. Street parking could be tricky at times. The cleaning needed some attention, there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the ceiling fans had lots of dust on them and the bathrooms were not very clean. The upstairs bathroom had stains in it, everything was dusty, sink looked like it had not been cleaned, and did not have a good smell. We had to take a cold shower the first night due to the hot water not working. VRBO was not allowed to reach out to the owner only during certain hours. I requested permission to check in 20-30 minutes early; that request went ignored and wasn't granted. The shower upstairs was dirty and full of someone's hair.
