Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Very important as my daughter was playing a tournament and needed clean clothes. The washer and dryer was broken. The property owner never fixed during our stay. Claimed it would be looked at… it wasn’t. THEN told me multiple times we would be refunded 30% for inconvenience. MULTIPLE emails back and forth. Every time he claims he will follow through. 2 months later still fighting to get refunded! He has given me the run around for 2 months straight. ##### Stephanie K.
