Early Check in: We can offer a guaranteed early check-in time at 1:00 for a $25 fee or you are welcome to reach out the day of your arrival for early check-in availability without a fee. If your suite is available we would be happy to welcome you early! Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late fees will be applied. Late check out can be arrange for a $25 fee, based on availability. Luggage: We offer limited luggage storage before and after check-out. Contact us for luggage room access. Stellar Suites is not responsible for anything lost, damaged or stolen. Smoking: Stellar Suite is a 100% non-smoking facility (not even the vape kind). Any evidence of smoking of any kind inside Stellar Suites Boutique Hotel will result in a penalty fee. Please be mindful of shared outdoor spaces if you choose to smoke outside, and dispose of your butts appropriately. Pets: No pets, not even the cute ones. A $200 fee will be charged if violated. Photography / Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on the property without prior approval from Stellar Suite Management. A $1000 fee will be charged if violated. Housekeeping: House cleaning service can be arranged during guests stay based on availability for $40 a day. Let us know if you would like to add this service.
