This is a great Marriott with clean and updated facilities. The restaurant is a nice bonus. The hotel is very busy though which made it quite noisy.

Parking garage was always full so don’t pre-pay for parking in case you cannot park there. Hyatt garage is attached and much cheaper.

Started our experience off by self parking in the hotel garage. The garage was chaos, the valet parked cars exceeded their 1st floor section so the valet people were parking cars all along the up and down ramps inside the garage which led to many traffic jams, people honking their horns around each corner, and people having to back up to allow people by multiple times! They charge $40 a night to park in this madness too! Upon entering the lobby it was very crowded and loud and we had a very hard time hearing the person checking us in. When we made our online reservation and again as we were checking in we asked for a room on the upper floors of the building. She put us on the 6th floor (of 17!) facing a parking garage. The room was nicely decorated and looked recently redone.. but didnt feel clean. The carpet between the beds had visible long black hairs all over it, and the corners of the floors had all kinds of dust and debris like the room haven’t been vacuumed in a long time! The bedding was nice quality but the mattress in one of the beds was very worn and sloped down in the center. The bathroom vanity was newer looking but the tub/shower combo was in major need of updates! The tub was so stained and dirty looking we had to put a towel down to stand on when taking a shower. No room service, only 1 restaurant that was average at best. For the price we paid for this hotel we were very disappointed.

We came to stay for the weekend to attend a concert and also because it was my husband’s 70th birthday, our arrival was nothing short of wonderful, the check in was so easy, from the vallet to the wonderful bellhop that helped us to our room, we could not have been more pleased! Rooms were immaculate, I would recommend a stay here to all my friends and family.

Not good value for the cost
Not good value for the money. You spend the money for the room but still pay $40 for parking, nearly $20 for high speed internet unless you’re a member, no breakfast included. The pool is kind of small for this size hotel and there’s a sign (presumably for liability) saying max occupancy is 5 swimmers. If you need to go to the convention center, the skywalk is nice to have but once you check out the key card won’t let you back into the hotel if you want a streamlined way of getting back to an elevator that takes you to the parking garage, so you have to go back outside and walk around. Employees will look you dead in the eye and not let you in even though you have a key card in your hand. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a stain on the wall that could’ve been wiped off. There were black hairs at the bottom of the toilet and in the shower. I got bumped up in status due to having a Marriott card which promises late checkout but they told me 1pm was pushing it due to needing to get a turnover. The housekeeping staff wasn’t aware of this and attempted to clean prior to our checkout. It took 2 attempts to get my mobile keycard activated, including an extra trip downstairs. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great fun weekend family trip. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and nice. Only issue was the heated pool was really cold. It stated it’s a heated indoor pool but not sure about that.

Diego checked us in in the first night and was SO helpful with answering lots of questions and helping us with all our late night arrival needs. Loved the hotel decor. All staff was more than helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

The hotel proprty is nice and clean. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for parking: once with my Expedia reservation and again by the hotel property. After a 45 minute call with Expedia, I have no resolution. I most likely will not use Expedia again nor stay at this hotel.
