Nov 26, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Game Day Stay 11 of us stayed just for 1 night after the big UK/U of L game. The duplex layout worked perfectly for our friend group as we had some early to bed folks and others who stayed up later. Plenty of space for us to spread out. 2 kitchens available but didn’t use the second kitchen. Cold evening during our stay but beautiful courtyard out back that would certainly be a great outdoor space when the weather is a little warmer. ##### David S. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking at places in this area. This house had plenty of space for a lot of people and it had so much charm. It had two kitchens and a couple of decks outside to relax on and visit and drink morning coffee and tea. The newer kitchen upstairs was decorated and remodeled nicely. This house is older and had so much charm and was so well appointed. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay for a sister's stay. I would come back to Louisville just to stay at this house. SO if I ever do, I will definitely book this place. I didn't want to leave and wish we could have stayed much longer. ##### mary k.
