### Hip and cozy main home PLUS mid/mod tiny home!! 

3 blks. from Old Town and 13 mins. to Boulder! This house shines. We have a passion for cozy, comfy spaces and we've taken pride in making our home as inviting as possible. It's kid and baby friendly! This listing includes our main home and our 4 person mid/mod tiny house which has a separate entrance and is adjacent to the main home. Check out our reviews on the separate listings for 'Hip and beautiful- close to Boulder' and 'Mid/Mod 'Little House' in Old Town.!  
The space  
Our main home has a modern/cottage feel and is classy on the inside, and flowery and beautiful on the out. We are artists and we care deeply about aesthetics and warmth, so this place stands out! Walk to amazing restaurants, parks and boutiques in the town that was rated the #1 place to raise a family by Money Mag. twice in the last 5 years!! Our kitchen and living room have an open floor plan, with stainless steel appliances, smart TV and new furniture. There are 5 bedrooms in the house, 3 that will accommodate adults and 2 for kids and small children (one has a bunk bed for 2 kids or 2 adventurous adults and the other has a toddler bed). If you are bringing an infant, we also have a 'pack and play' that can be set up in any room (we can set up an air mattress if needed as well). We have an awesome back yard that is perfect for a bbq (includes gas grill usage) or evening happy hour on the patio! We recently added a swing for kids and a trampoline. We provide new washer and dryer, cable with Netflix and wireless internet. As far as amenities go, this place has just about everything. If you appreciate cozy goodness in the perfect location, this is your place!  
  
The 'Lite Haus' in Louisville is a 350 sq. ft. 'mid-century/modern' little house. It is connected to the main home. Every inch has been thought through and created with care. It was completed in Oct. 2016!! This space is unique, stylish and just feels good. It features high ceilings with rustic beams, standard kitchen appliances, all cookware, dishes and utensils, Smart TV with cable and Netflix, wireless internet and a bedroom w/ a queen bed and a loft w/ a cozy king. We are 3 blocks from 'old town'! Walk to great restaurants, shops, parks, etc. IT. IS. AWESOME.

You'll have both houses to yourself! We live in the main home, so closets are better left closed (unless you are staying long term, in which case we'll clean out closets and medicine cabinets).
