Hip Highlands Loft is BNB Louisville's beautifully updated loft with private deck in Louisville's most popular location: the Heart of the Highlands on Bardstown Road. Walk to everything! Comfortable, spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath unit is the entire 2nd floor of a 2-story building just steps away from great food and drink. You won't find a more convenient spot for your personal getaway from home. Walk to some of the best in Louisville. Easy access to downtown, interstates, airport, parks.

This light & bright 2nd floor renovated loft is very spacious, with great restaurants, shops, and bars right out the front door. This inviting unit takes up the entire 1500 sqft upstairs, featuring a brand new fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops, hardwood floors with attractive rugs, two completely updated full bathrooms, and three bedrooms that are ready to greet you. The big dining room seats 8, open living room with smart TV, and a sunroom with futon sofa bed for flexible sleeping options, plus a big rooftop deck that's a great place for you to hang out with your friends before heading out for an adventure, or to just relax and put on the grill.

Guests have access to entire 2nd floor loft with private entrance, large rooftop outdoor sitting area with BBQ, and one free parking space on the shared driveway behind the building. There is also street parking with meters in some areas during the day and some free spots scattered in the area.

We like to greet you upon arrival but have a code for entry if we can't. Once you're here, we will respect your privacy but are easily available to answer questions or give recommendations. We want you to have a 5-star stay!

Being right on the Bardstown Road corridor puts many great destinations just steps away, including great coffee shops, fast food, fine dining, boutiques, grocery, movie theater, and many terrific pubs and bars--something for everyone!

Lots of options from here--walk, scooter, bus, and of course Uber or Lyft...you can have a fantastic time without having to touch the steering wheel!

Great place

Very nice place with a great property manager who was quick to communicate. Great location, and plan to stay again in May!
