The host was amazing to communicate with and was quick to respond to every question we had. The house was well-stocked with pretty much everything you would need and was an easy drive into downtown Louisville. The only issue we ran into was that the outlet that the oven was plugged into didn't work, but we only needed it once anyway, so this wasn't really that big of a problem for us. Being able to park in the garage was also great because we went with another couple and drove there separately, but left one of the cars at the house the majority of the time and rode together in the other car when we were gone for the event that we went to. The problems we had were: they promised in the listing that we would be able to park a vehicle in the garage that was not the case. The garage door open was lost and we couldn’t get access to it: So it was difficult because we had to park on the street. The master bedroom fan did not work correctly. The remote was the same in the living room but the bedroom remote did NOT work properly. The blankets for each bed were so small that when someone rolled over the covers were yanked off because they are so small. They did bring us extra blankets and towels because they only give you the bare minimum. The pot holders they supplied are made for people with very small hands. Maybe you should look into the square potholder you don’t have to put your hands in. You need a cookie sheet so you can cook garlic bread or pizza without burning your hands on the oven. ##### Renee F.
