The problems we had were: they promised in the listing that we would be able to park a vehicle in the garage that was not the case. The garage door open was lost and we couldn’t get access to it: So it was difficult because we had to park on the street. The master bedroom fan did not work correctly. The remote was the same in the living room but the bedroom remote did NOT work properly. The blankets for each bed were so small that when someone rolled over the covers were yanked off because they are so small. They did bring us extra blankets and towels because they only give you the bare minimum. The pot holders they supplied are made for people with very small hands. Maybe you should look into the square potholder you don’t have to put your hands in.
