This unit is a 2 story unit and the main living quarters are located upstairs. The first floor contains a Game Room, Game Table and Couch with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The second floor contains the Kitchenette, Full Bathroom with walk in shower, Dining Area, Living Room with Smart TV and Bedroom area with clothing storage available. Kitchenette includes: Full size sink Plates, Bowls, Glassware and Utensils Mini Fridge Microwave Toaster Tea Kettle Blender Air Fryer Keurig with K Cup, Creamer and Sweetener Parking: this home shares a driveway with another home so there is a limit of 2 cars allowed due to limited spaces. There is a concrete pad (on a steep incline) and gravel spot to the left of the concrete pad. They had board games, shuffle board and some other hames, and even some extra phone cords lying around and I accidentally left mine.
