Come relax in our large comfy, cozy studio apartment!We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome! This 800 sq feet upstairs apartment of a duplex features a small full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 2, 1 full bathroom with large step-in shower, a large bedroom area with a medium firm queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, and High speed internet and a Smart TV. Washer/dryer available. Premium bedding, linens, and towels. There is a staircase with 17 steps leading up to the apartment. There is a large back yard with a nice patio area with seating, gas grill and private parking in the back and free on street parking in the front.
