We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately. HOUSE RULES: ▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. IMPORTANT NOTES: \- The building is located next to a busy highway, and while we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that some traffic noise may be audible (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for comfort). Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. But here’s some of the things we would improve: 1\. The kitchen table was very sticky. Either needs to be replaced or cleaned better 2\. Would’ve been nice to have more towels. We had only 2 towels for two people for the week. 3\. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Needs to be upgraded. Very outdated.4\. There were no pillows provided for the sofa bed so we had to use some from the bed upstairs. 5\. The pillows were super worn out. They were very thin and need to be replaced. 6\. There was no dish towel for the kitchen 7\. The location is convenient but it wasn’t the best part of town8\. Communication with the host was way too much. Whenever messages were sent out they would send the same message 5-10 times within an hour. Super unnecessary. 9\. We were not made aware of a winery??? ##### Zach J. The property was clean, loft was in great condition, host was super communicative and responsive. The only reason I left 4 stars on location was just that the area is not walkable at night. The host is pretty clear about this in the description of the unit when they described it as an up and coming neighborhood. With that the building was well secured and we had no problem using Lyfts & Ubers getting around Louisville. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip. ##### Michael G.
