The home for all of us comfortably for sleeping and big meals. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Beds were of excellent quality. We made great use of the fire pit and a the TV/soundbar for family movie nights. The fishing dock was a 2-minute walk down the hill. Kids enjoyed catching sunfish off the dock!Home was a 5-7 minute walk to a Lake Anna boardwalk area with putt putt golf, and arcade, ice cream, restaurant, and pontoon boat and jet ski rentals. We enjoyed portioning and tubing during our stay. Highly recommended! ##### Jason S. The house met all our needs and offered the ideal setting for both work and relaxation. The location was fantastic — conveniently close to restaurants and ice cream shops, which was a big plus. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. She was very responsive to questions I had and the house has plenty to do to keep you busy (fire pit, cornhole, other games) and is cozy and welcoming inside. It's a little bit of a hike to the water (\~200 yards) and unfortunately there was a harmful algae bloom while we were there, so we weren't able to get in the water (not Erica's fault!). Proximity to Tim's and other grocery stores was nice as well. We didn't take our dog this time but house was super dog friendly if you want to bring your furry friend.
