With 7 apartments within the complex, you can enjoy the convenience of being just 80 meters from the sea and 350 meters from the sandy Lossiemouth Beach. The property provides amenities such as Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Tennis Court, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental experience.

There are two double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Additionally, there is a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed and a flat-screen TV.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and a grill. The property features 2 showers and 2 toilets, ensuring ample space and convenience for guests. Heating is available, providing a comfortable living environment. Families with young children can take advantage of the provided children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds (extra cost may apply).
