Located at Marina Sol Residences & Resort This seventh floor, two levels, luxurious and spacious Penthouse featuring 18-foot ceilings, was completely remodeled and updated recently. The Sunset Penthouse is our personal home away from home and we pride ourselves on having everything in good working order and sparkling clean.

The spacious Great Room is what greets you when you enter the residence , The Great Room which is perfect for entertaining, features seating for 10 to 12 guests plus its own high speed internet service a 65 “ HD Smart TV with its own private internet feed for over 500 Chanell's.
Simply put this living room / entertainment area is as good as it gets and is well set up for whatever you desire from a family gathering to watching a Sporting Event or entertaining.

The Gourmet kitchen is top of the line and fully equipped with all the high end appliances and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Kitchen has a large Granite Island that can seat 10 guests and is a great area for socializing.

**The Whole Penthouse has purified water and fridge makes purified ice and water.

** We can arrange a Private Chef if you would like a Catered Meal prepared in the privacy of your Penthouse.

Located off of the dining room is a Very Private outside Terrace that features sliding pocket doors that fold into the wall and allow the outside living area on the terrace to join the dining and kitchen area of the Penthouse. The open Terrace also has sweeping views of Downtown Cabo and the local mountains. The Terrace also features a first class built in Granite Gas BBQ with a Bar table and seating for 6 to 8. The Terrace is also one of the best spots in Cabo to enjoy a Great View of Cabos famous Sunsets.

The Lower level of our Sunset Penthouse also has a powder bathroom for guests visiting and that is also where we have all our free beach stuff for our guests like, coolers, beach towels, air mattresses, pool noodles, and snorkel gear.

Located on the lower level is The Master Suite which is the biggest bedroom in the Penthouse and has a beautiful View overlooking the City of Cabo. The Master Suite features a King size bed (we can also set up an additional single bed or crib in the room if requested)
This Stunning Suite has a private 3 piece marble bathroom , mini bar refrigerator, ladies make up area , recliner chair , 40 inch TV with private Satellite feed , DVD Player and blue tooth player.
All furnishings have Granite counter tops and there is also a large closet with an Iron & Board, plus for those late morning sleepers we have double pain windows and Black out Curtains, A/C and overhead fan.

The lower level also features our Sunset Suite. We named this bedroom the Sunset Suite because it has an indoor / outdoor terrace for its entrance and you can enjoy beautiful Sunsets and the City lights from this beautiful Suite and the terrace .The Sunset Suite can be set up with two - twin beds or with a King Size bed and has its own private three piece marble bathroom, 40 inch TV with private Satellite feed, I pod player, plus for those late night sleepers we have double pain windows and black out curtains, A/C and an overhead fan.

The upper level of The Sunset Penthouse features our Oasis Suite which can be set up with two - twin beds or as a King Size bed and has its own private three piece marble bathroom,
32 inch TV with a private Satellite feed, plus for those late night sleepers we have double pain windows , black out Curtains, A/C and overhead fan.

Also located on the Upper level is our Tropical Suite which can be set up with two - twin beds or with a King Size bed and has its own private three piece marble bathroom plus a 40 inch TV with a private satellite feed and for those late night sleepers we have double pain windows and Black out Curtains , A/C and overhead fan.

The upper level also has a Laundry room that we allow our guest to use while staying in our Penthouse

Note * High Speed Wireless internet is available in all bedrooms rooms and on the terraces. and we have free calling for all our guests , that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Sunset Penthouse with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection.
