But the one thing that we can be proud of, is the service of the staff that we provide. They are willing to help you in any way they can. You can even ask them to buy some things that you forgot to buy at the store. As mentioned by some of our guests in the reviews: "We stayed here for 10 days and we didn't want to leave! Staff were very accommodating and responsive to requests, even when it was officially "after hours." "The staffs are kind, approachable and assist us very well. And also the host is very responsive every time I had inquiries even before our check-in date. Thank you!!" "Upon check-in, we were welcomed by their uniformed staff. I was a bit surprised that unlike other resorts, the staff are like hotel staff, uniformed, organized. They know what to do step by step. Bedsheets, linens, blankets and tissues are provided, but please bring your towels and toiletries. All beds are with bed sheets and pillows. Amenities includes: \-Sing your heart out with Videoke (until 10pm) \-Smart TV for entertainment \-Lightning-fast Wifi (35-100Mbps) \-Hang out in the function area/living room \-Dive into adult and kiddie pools with color-changing lights \-Experience pool falls and rain shower-type falls \-Bathtub with a view of Mt.
