We\`re a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores: \-FISHBAR \-Cafe Wild \-Culture Brewery \-Little French Bakery \-Two Guns Cafe Walk Score rates the neighborhood \`Very Walkable and Very Bikeable\`, and if you wanted you wouldn\`t need to drive anywhere. \-Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car \-We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by \-Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away \-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking \-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit. Trash Cans: Located in the car port. This rental came with all the comforts of home and I was super thankful that the owner allowed me to bring my small dog along. The check in/check out process was super easy. It would have been helpful to have a few home instructions/ info provided, however I was able to communicate with the owner whenever I had questions. Perfect amount of space for me, my partner, and brother in law. Would definitely go back to this home.
