A bright Master Suite with french doors to the backyard and attached private Master Bath and indoor Jacuzzi and a personal HD Smart TV with a KING SIZED bed. For the other 3 guest bedrooms one has a King Sized bed and two Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large sleeper SOFA BED in the living room which is convertible to a double bed. There is also a queen sized air mattress (AeroBed) which can be used if needed. The kitchen is fully stacked and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay great for the entire group, including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large kitchen island which seats four people comfortably. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor in the backyard you also have two nice BBQ grills, one charcoal grill and one Propane gas grill, equipped with all the utensils needed for you to enjoy. A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night. You have driveway parking for up to three cars and then additional parking on the street right outside the house. The living room boasts a 55" TV for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, local channels, etc. and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200+ MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property with our mesh system coverage. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather! The clean and sparkling Swimming Pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! Small pets or animals are allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, however, small pets up to 20lbs are allowed, but please let me know beforehand so that the property can be thoroughly cleaned up for our future guests with pet allergies. So a spacious and comfortable home was much needed. The host Bobby was always available and responded within minutes. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It is my new favorite VRBO in Malibu, and I will definitely stay here again. Accessible to tons of activities and sights. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are beyond words. We felt like celebrities. The house is unassuming when you see it from the outside, but it is massive on the inside, extremely spacious, and well kept with updated technology to make the stay even better. The pool is the biggest pool I have seen at a home and it was clean and well maintained. The outdoor areas are beautifully arranged and relaxing, and the fences and greenery provide optimal privacy during your stay. The neighbors were quiet and the area around the house is beautiful as well. There is a pool table and poker table as well as a number of other games. I would 100% recommend this house for a vacation to stay in and enjoy the plentiful amenities of the home or venture out and explore the surrounding areas. Thank you, Bobby! We just checked out of this beautiful property. We came for the Rose bowl parade and game. It was a little bit of a drive to Pasadena from Woodland Hills but worth it to us to stay at a nicer home, area and to be further away from all the traffic from the game. The house is very spacious. The amenities very nice. I really enjoyed that massive tub after being gone for 14 hours to the parade/game! The outside area and pool are gorgeous. It was in the 50’s during our stay and the pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t use the pool but rent this place in another season and that will be amazing to use. A hot tub would be a great addition to this rental to be used year round! The side of the house is lined with different orange trees… so pretty! We found some that fell and made fresh squeezed orange juice and it was the best orange juice I’ve had in my life! The garage has been converted into an entertainment area.. pool table etc. a really great space. 8 total of us stayed very comfortably at this house and all said we’d love to rent this place again. Bobby was great to work with, very kind and accommodating to work with. Thank you for the fabulous house! Such a great listing! Woodland Hills is a great area! We will be back! ##### Lindsay R.
