OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25\. NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150\. NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund. NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen. PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property. QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine. ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. Jun 30, 2025 #### Not great While the unit was quiet and included kitchen amenities I appreciated and used, there are significant gaps on the side and bottom of the unit’s door on this converted garage as a result of its installation that allowed flying bugs to get inside the unit. I had to add a few nights to my stay unexpectedly and encountered the host’s slow payment processing system and received at least a few warnings. My credit card was charged right away as expected. The host’s slow payment processing system used to collect my payment led to at least a few warnings from the host that my reservation would be cancelled despite my proof of charge I shared. Ultimately I had to ask VRBO to run necessary interference.
