staff friendly and efficient. rooms always clean. toilets in rooms always clean. been going here when I go for work for the past 3 years. 5x 4-5 day stays. never a single slip up. morning food service excellent. dining area very clean and well kept during hours of service to end of breakfast.

Very clean, friendly staff, and free parking in convenient location were all great. It’s on a busy street, so street noise was expected. I used a white noise machine and it was totally fine. The beds were good quality and we were pleasantly surprised. Overall a very good value, and I’d stay here again.

We stayed at the end of March for 3 days. The location was very convenient and felt safe. It's 10 min to Santa Monica beach, half an hour to Hollywood attractions and Universal Studios. Trader Joe's is next door if you want to buy some fruit, bottled water etc. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable (apart form some lumpy pillows). All necessities provided, such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, even make-up remover wipes (much appreciated). Continental breakfast was convenient and sufficient (bagels, toast, cereal, pancake maker, fruits, boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, jam, butter, coffee and tea). We were very much pleased with our stay. It is no luxury hotel, but a solid base camp for exploring your LA destinations. One word of caution: there is no elevator, ask for a ground level room if climbing stairs is an issue.

Parking in the second building was an inconvenience,breakfast very average. Area around the hotel is sketchy. Its not 5 stars but neither was the price. So you are getting what you pay for.

Lovely hotel with fantastic amenities and clean; very nicely presented. Leaving suitcases was available, which was great however, they were left in the main reception area. Staff were welcoming.

Convenient hotel with parking and breakfast included. The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately we were given the room upstairs at the very end of the hallway. The guests were using the backdoor at all time of the night, late night, early morning, to access the parking lot. The backdoor is so loud when activated that we were awakened several times by the loud noise. Besides that, the room was clean and large. There is not enough light in my opinion when using the sink that is inside the bedroom. Also, there is a timer in the shower/toilet room for the light. We could not figure out how to make it work, so the light would turn off while we were showering and we had to yell for the other guest to turn it back on. At other times, the light would stay on all night. Some instructions would be nice. This the one star off.

When I first drove up i was not expecting much, the building has an older design but well kept, the surrounding area going through redevelopment, I was quite surprised, the receptionist was friendly and receptive. The grounds were secured by a locked metal gate. When I walked into the room I went “wow this pretty nice”. Very clean and spacious, the room had a little dinette with table and chairs. Every tissue and towel was creatively folded (the little things). The bed was comfortable with plush bedding. I felt felt very comfortable staying here.
