Hotel assez bruyant (dans l'axe des pistes d'aterrissage, musique, etc...), mais vu le prix on va pas se plaindre. Personnel sympa et disponible, ambiance rock, parfois même hippie(musique 70's). Le sol des chambres est recouvert d'une épaisse moquette à l'odeur parfois suspect. Les personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas toujours très aimable mais savent répondre à nos questions. Le petit déjeuner gratuit consiste en deux muffins à la myrtille et une tasse de café ou de thé. No housekeeping no pool no breakfast plenty of roaches and grime and dirt tho. These people do not care about anything but money. They price gouge bc its close to the stadium its only worth 49.95 if that. Outdated cheap worn furniture and fixtures terrible lighting no security latch on door awful customer service the pint sized female dog at the front desk asked me to wait outside in the cold and rain instead of the lobby. These people are about as evil as they come. Unhappy and stuck in a job they hate so they take out their frustrations on the paying customers especially those individuals of color. I was charged a security deposit my white friend was not. These kind of people don’t belong in los Angeles at all their standards for providing excellent customer service are nonexistent and thats putting it lightly. They complain even when you pre pay but sign the paper later even though they still get paid but they have no problem with lying to people about availability no problem with the overal cleanliness or services falsely advertised that are not available when you arrive and its been like this for years they deliberately mislead you so they can get your money. The "hotel" is under new management. The amenities listed on the website were not available. All of the pictures posted to the site are misleading. The pool was closed, there was no bar, no restaurant, and it did not look like any of the pictures. There was no breakfast, not even coffee available. When I asked about vending machines or ice, they sent me to the gas station down the street. I booked here because it was close to SoFi and looked like a cute little place to stay. Never again will I book a non-chain hotel again based on the pictures. It looks like an old apartment complex that they tried to convert into a hotel, renting rooms by the week and month. The management//staff is horrible, and the area must be one of the most dirty, smelling and unsafe I've ever been in the US.
