Sep 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, communication #### No hot water for the e tire stay and noisy neighbourhood First of all, I do appreciate the property management’s prompt response when there was battery issue at the digital door lock. However, there are too many red flags of this property. The Interior is decent and we are happy with it. The exterior of the property was not included in the posting. it is sketchy and poorly maintained. Loud traffic noises from the street are constant throughout the day and still frequent at night. The worst is that there was no hot water for the entire stay as there was issues with gas line. The property management did give me 30% refund when they promised it would only be one night of no hot water. When they disclosed that there would be no hot water for the entire stay, I was not happy and requested further refund. They only offered me additional 5% discount and did not even refund me. This is my first time ever using VRBO. I am disappointed at this posting by VRBO and my awful experience with this property. ##### Kun H.
