Guests have access to the entire apartment, the small car port to the left of the garage, and the laundry appliances inside the garage.

Manhattan Beach is as classy as it gets. We're a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores:

\-Cafe Wild  
\-Culture Brewery  
\-Little French Bakery  
\-Two Guns Cafe  
  
Walk Score rates the neighborhood "Very Walkable and Very Bikeable", and if you wanted you wouldn't need to drive anywhere.  
\-Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car  
\-We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by  
\-Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away  
  
\-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking  
\-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.  
Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit.  
Trash Cans: Located in the car port. Place recyclable items into the blue can.  
No parties or Events. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. (Really quiet neighborhood)  
  
If you open it, close it.  
If you borrow it, return it.  
If you turn it on, turn it off.  
If you break it, fix it.  
If you use it, take care of it.  
If you make a mess, clean it up.  
If you move it, put it back.  
If your dog poops, clean it up. Please don't let your dog go poo or pee on the fake grass.  
  
Sorry, No barbequing.  
Laundry hours between 8am and 8pm.  
  
Pets:  
We would love for you to bring your furry friend. There is one time $200 pet fee (per pet, per stay)
