CHECK-IN at 4PM CHECK-OUT at 11AM. This new home is equipped with brand new furnishings + wifi. 3BR/2BA, spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and 2-car attached garage. New central air conditioner + heater units. Washer & dryer are located inside the garage. The living room has a 55” smart TV with prepaid Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, and cooking utensils. NOTE: There is no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen. Guests will have access to the entire house with 2-car attached garage. Keypad door for entrance. NOTE: Guests share access to the driveway with a back house.
