This house had everything we needed. Right close to everything. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. Has a super relaxing back courtyard that is shared with another unit. Renee there comes and goes quietly. Plus they are building on something else. Hustle and bustle outside, but Inside this unit is super relaxing and worked perfectly for us to rest up after visiting UCLA medical center. Montana ave up the road has amazing gluten free food at modern bread. Roris Ice cream shop was great, also an gf cone. And we enjoyed breakfast at Uppers multiple times. Plus 15 min drive to the pier and beach. ##### Josh W.
