This is a wonderful place to unwind featuring an open-plan living space, modern decor, and furnishings including a new kitchenette, and brand new hardwood floors throughout. A large section of our home has been reimagined to create this private indoor/outdoor studio with access to it own private courtyard. The studio is a guest unit on the first floor of a two story house. It is one of two guest units on the property and owners also live in the main house. If you need anything during your stay the owners are usually available to help right away. The unit has a private entrance and the apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably with a kitchenette, heat, A/C, tv, cable, wifi, coffee, tea and many other great amenities. You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guest home is pet friendly (pet fees apply per pet). The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA. The unit is a Guest unit that is separate and completely private, you have the studio for yourself, access to the private outside dining area. This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. For this location we offer street parking which is free and does not require a permit. Most of the neighbors park in the driveways and garages so there is always plenty of parking spaces on the street. As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk. \- No parties. \- Quiet hours between 10pm-7am \- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time by phone, email. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day. \- No smoking inside or outside. \- NO pool access. \- If you smoke you agree to be subject to 500 dollar fee \- No drugs tolerated of any kind \- No unreasonably loud music \- No music outside past 9pm \- Pet fee: $25 per pet per stay or $300 pet security deposit, depending on the length of stay \- Street parking is available and no permit is needed. \- If you need to access laundry room please contact us and we will arrange access for you \- The use of the pool is available for a fee of $50 per day.
