Spacious 3000 sq.ft. 3-level home with decks on every level. Hot tub with ocean and mountain views. 4 bedrooms (2 king + 2 queen beds), office with queen sofa bed, plus one extra sofa bed on lower level. 10 min drive to Saddle Peak Lodge. \*\*This is a new listing, but everything brand new and managed by an experienced, professional local host.\*\* Around 13 minute drive from Pacific Coast Highway/Duke's Malibu on mountain roads to reach our home. There is a $250 pet fee per dog per reservation (applies weekly for bookings of 7 days or longer). Please note no dogs on furniture and dogs cannot be left alone in the house at any time. Please ensure your dogs have trimmed nails before they arrive that will not scratch them. Photoshoots, filming, or commercial/business activity of any kind must be approved in advance and quoted fees paid. In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners servicing the property on Tuesdays. Our hot tub tech will also come Mondays briefly to service the hot tub. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events. Other things to note No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation without prior authorization. The gardener typically comes on Thursdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.) and hot tub tech comes on Mondays. Trash pickup is on Fridays. Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. The pictures don't do it justice. Super clean. Great communication from host and easy check in process. This place is definitely worth the stay. The only thing you should be aware of is the 15min drive up the mountain that is FULL of twists and turns. It's a beautiful drive but not great if you plan to come and go a lot.
