There is an apartment directly behind this house that if you open the back door, you stare into it. There is a parking space but it will not accommodate a larger vehicle. It was a nice place, clean, easy to communicate with the property manager. Served its purpose. Eat, sleep and hang. We were literally in and out. Just a few things that didn't necessarily make or break it for us. You should be warned about parking. There is an enclosed spot but it's super tight to get in and out of the driveway especially with an SUV. At times a bit stressful specifically with the garbage cans and other vehicles parked directly behind where you back out. The alley is tight! There is street parking, but good luck finding a spot. The electric also wasn't working in one of the bathrooms, but it was fine. It's great property and communication, check in/out was super easy. If we're ever back - I will stay again. ##### Melissa W. The rooms were small and had nowhere to store our clothes. There is only one television in the house it’s located in living room. The front door had a gap where you can see outside. You can hear all the traffic. There was no fire pit or patio set up. The house is run down, the cabinets had a lock on them, the windows locks were broken so we couldn’t lock them and there were cobwebs everywhere. The parking was in an alley and our vehicle barely fit in the space. Overall we was not happy and didn’t feel safe staying there. We did not stay there we booked a hotel and I expressed my concern with the owner and company I told him I took pictures of everything he asked that I send them to him once I did he stopped responding.
