### Private Residence in the heart of historic Echo Park! Dog Friendly and walkable!

Available for rent June and July with the potential for August upon discussion. Inspired by Barragán and Bauhaus, this newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private residence is available this summer! Breathtaking views from DTLA to the ocean, from Griffith Park observatory and the Hollywood sign to Century City and the Getty all from your own private roof deck and balconies. A real gem in the heart of historic Echo Park. Downstairs is an open floorplan living room and kitchen with an ensuite office, half bath and Miele washer / dryer. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end JennAir appliances and custom cabinetry. Open the 12 ft glass slider door and bring the private yard inside to experience that outdoor / indoor living that Los Angeles is known for. Lush landscaping with native plants. Fully furnished with one of a kind custom pieces and built-ins. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. A primary suite, with private balcony and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is currently outfitted as a child's nursery but can be swapped for a queen bed if requested. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. The top floor is a 600sqft roof deck! Extremely walkable! 5 minutes on foot to Echo Park Lake, shops and restaurants. A few of our local favorites are Baccetti, Canyon Coffee, Cookbook, Little Fish, Honey Hi, Bar Flores. 15 minutes to Dodger Stadium on foot. Hike through beautiful Elysian Park. A 15 minute walk to Downtown LA to see live concerts at Disney Concert Hall or the Opera at Dorothy Chandler. The Broad Museum and the MOCA are also very close by. One off street parking spot included and plenty of street parking if you will have multiple cars. All utilities included - high speed fiber, water, electricity, gas are paid by the owner. The entire house has reverse osmosis filtered water throughout. Owner will pay for cleaning every other week. Small dogs allowed. No Smoking.
