How does a month at the beach sound? At 49 8th Street, it sounds like crashing waves, ocean breezes, laughter, volleyball, surfing, biking, shopping, and evenings of restaurants, music, bars, comedy – all just steps away. You can’t beat this location. On a peaceful yet lively walk-street, you will enjoy the perfect combination of quiet and fun. Two bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 decks, ocean views – and parking!  
This home is steps from the beach, and features 2 spacious, ocean view decks, windows and skylights, to create a living space that is bright and airy, helping you enjoy the best of southern California beach life without leaving the house. When you do leave the house, you can choose to lounge in the yard under the shade of a stunning coral tree, or walk to the sand in seconds – you are literally 5 houses from the sand! You get to the beach without crossing a street, which is perfect for families with young children, or for people who want their beach experience easy, up close and hassle-free.   
Large primary suite with king bed and attached bonus space which can be an office space (we hope not, for your sake, but sometimes people have to work), reading room, or could even be an additional sleeping space for kids. Walk-in closet leads to private bath and shower.   
Second bedroom features large closet, dresser, queen bed, and full bath with bathtub across hall.   
One parking space is included, making what is otherwise a challenge of beach life (finding parking in such a desired neighborhood) a gentle breeze! And there is garage space for bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, and any other toys you may use  
Trust us, this is one of the best locations in Hermosa. And Hermosa is a perfect, vibrant beach town that is one of the best places California has to offer! The best place in the best place! Location, location, location!
