Had a major issue with Melissa when I asked to have 5 family members over on a Sunday afternoon for a bday lunch. She refused to allow more than 3 of my family members for even a couple hours. It really ruined our trip as I had family in Laguna and Encinitas that wanted to get together and relax on the deck and she refused to allow 10 of us (5 renting and 5 for lunch) to quietly gather from 12-3pm. She claimed it was a permit issue. It’s unfortunate as we liked the place but because of this will never book her property again. ##### Cindy S.
