Perfect for guests on extended stays who prefer a blend of ocean-side luxury with the comforts of home. Surrounded by the ocean and nature-filled wetlands, this location is perfect for exploring a Southern Cali outdoor lifestyle. Guests will enjoy an inviting and peaceful stay.  
The space  
Ground floor unit with views of the ocean, large patio doors infuse the home with fresh ocean air and natural light, and an outdoor private patio right across from the pool. Catch daily breathtaking sunsets and watch the sailboats and seals (dolphins visit too!).  
  
LIVING ROOM: Bright, airy open space with a huge comfy sofa, large smart TV, and access to a private pool adjacent patio with an ocean view.  
  
HOME OFFICE: Situated next to the bright patio to offer plenty of natural light and fresh air, the quiet work area includes an adjustable-height work desk and office chair.
