Thank you for your feedback. Our nightly overnight parking rate as posted is 48 plus tax 52 and some change. I will need to get back to you on where the 85 is from?? The 20 is public day parking No overnight parking and no in and out cars must leave in general by 10pm. Regarding coffee, all the rooms have Nespresso machines to make espresso OR a 4oz coffee. The lobby Kuerig machine is for herbal tea pods not coffee in the evenings. We have a larger Nespresso machine from 4am-7am when the coffee shop just outside the lobby doors opens up. we still provide bike and gym passes and the convenience of the coffee shop up front that also serves ice cream and other sweets. Let me get back to you on the 85 parking. Thank you.
