Horrible check-in process, quite rude lady at front desk.
WIFI not available. When I ask her for the wifi code, she simply told me that it's not working in a way that lets you guess that it's not been working since a while and also that she really didn't care.
The ice machine near front desk was not working with a note on the machine saying OUT OF ORDER so old that again you have the impression it's not been working since forever. When I asked the charming lady at front desk for ice, she directed me to an ice machine in the next building. That ice machine was not working either. Oh well. We had to pay for ice at the gas station.
No small fridge in the room, first time I see this in a Motel 6. We traveled from Fan Francisco to LA and stayed in several Motel 6 and had a fridge, ice and good service. Too bad for the Motel 6 Thousand Oaks.
