It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and was in a good location for our needs. The rental was broom clean (not deep cleaned) upon our arrival. This was not a deal breaker for us, but we did provide some feedback about it to the host toward the end of our stay. Some things to note to future guests: 1) be sure to bring slippers as the floors are all tile - there is no carpet and no area rugs 2) there is a rooster living at a neighboring property - so be prepared to hear crowing at 5 AM3) the interior of the unit is quite small, but provided enough space for three people, more guests would have been crampedAgain - we overall had a good experience. ##### Jen G.
