Residential three bed bunk is not a motel.

I typed in affordable motel with a listing of affordable motels but for some deceiving way this listing which appears as a motel business changes it dialog once you pay and become a resident with three bed bunk bed me and my girlfriend immediately tried to cancel but was denied or refund for a place we never stepped a foot on and the person was rude to tell us no refund why would she put her business under motel if its not a motel i hope Hotel .com is insured when fraudulent business rip off their customers

Weird and awkward

When I knocked on the door to check in, the guy who answered said that they were full, did not know how I was able to reserve a room, and said that I would have to leave and find somewhere else to stay. When I said I would file a complaint with Hotels.com, he said that I could stay the night but I would have to leave early the next morning because he had other guests coming. I agreed to leave early because I was tired and didn't want to have to look for new accommodations that late. The place was clean and the other guests were nice, but I would definitely not book here again. This is a house in a residential area with shared rooms / bunk beds.

Didn’t stay need refund

I was not able to stay there. They called me after I made the reservation stating that they could not accommodate me and was unsure as to how I was able to book. I have tried calling hotels.com many times about a refund but was always on hold for more than half hour. Amazing ,Clean , Brand new

I first wanna say this place was amazingly clean ,I actually only stayed for a couple hours due to a emergency, Chris was kind enough to offer me a free stay next time I’m in area ,Much appreciation!!!!! For a hostel I felt at home . Brand new house,I love how every pod had a smart tv , bathroom were super fresh, with tons of free stuff ,face wipes lotions,etc. definitely worth checking out .

SUPER CLEAN !!!!!!

Definitely the cleanest place I ever stayed in . You can literally eat off the toilets in this place lol They are non stop cleaning.everything was brand new ,My stay was amazing. Every bed has a smart tv, usb ,headphones. I would definitely stay longer if I wasn’t leaving. Thank you for making my stay great , the owner Chris is super friendly,and he makes sure you have everything you need , whoever complains about this place has something wrong with them.

清潔感があってよかった。コンセントやライトが個人スペースで使えるから他人に気を使わない。朝食にハンバーガーをくれてお手製感のある経営スタイルに見えたが逆に親近感があって好印象だった。英語のわからない自分に親切に接してくれた。近くにスーパーやドラッグストアがあって良かった。

Great stay

Ron and Chris were great hosts. The rules are strict but that only helps in making sure that everything is clean and orderly which makes for a pleasant stay especially since you are sharing a room and common areas. Never stayed in a hostel before but this was a very pleasant experience. Neighborhood is relatively quiet unless the front door neighbors children are outside playing. I was in town for a seminar so this was the perfect place to just come in, shower, sleep and then head out.

It was very clean and they had plenty of toiletries. I didn't enjoy the bunk beds although I'm sure other travelers wouldn't mind. The rooms were unmarked, I found that to be a little annoying. The place was very quiet. The biggest issue I had was with the parking situation. There was NO parking available AT ALL , I had to park a block away and around the corner. NOT GOOD.
