Séjour passé en couple l 'état de la chambre et matériel à disposition très moyen mais fonctionnel (frigo,TV,Micro ondes) ,propreté vraiment pas top mais ça peut le faire pour un séjour rapide.Très beau lieu en dehors de la chambre qui était elle très moyenne.Pas de petit déjeuner tous les jours inclus comme indiqué dans le descriptif.information remontée depuis 1 mois et demi depuis mon voyage pourtant toujours pas modifié et en lisant les commentaires je remarque que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir fait remonter ce soucis depuis un moment.ils le présentent toujours avec le petit déjeuner gratuit tous les jours.A qui profite ce mensonge L'hébergeur ,Hotel.com ou les 2.Pas sympa pour les autres hébergeurs qui remplissent le descriptif honnêtement. la prochaine étape c'est quoi? indiqué une piscine sans en avoir , en vous disant juste qu'ils ne l ont pas sans vous rembourser une fois sur place et en vous propasant 50€ d'avoir de dédommagement à utiliser uniquement sur hotel.com.

dans l'ensemble ça peut aller sauf que nous avons réservé chambre avec petit déjeuner compris et on nous a dit simplement que l hôtel ne servait plus de petit déjeuner quelque soit l heure on a du prendre le petit déjeuner en ville ça nous a coûté une trentaine de dollars alors qu'on a payé pour ce service on y retourne à la fin de notre séjour du 7 au 11 octobre (4 nuits ) je compte sur vous pour nous trouver un autre hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris (servi) où nous rembourser les petits déjeuners de notre sejour

Quartier calme et très jolie lorsque l'on se balade dans les beaux quartiers. Chambre très propre, très grande avec frigo et micro ondes. Grande chambre sympathique. Manque d’une couverture chaude pour bien dormir quand il fait froid la nuit. Chambre nettoyée chaque jours, très bon état de la chambre et du service de nettoyage. Il y a un frigo et un microonde dans la chambre, mais il manque la présence d’ustensiles pour manger (assiette en carton et couvert en plastique aurait était agréable). Le lit est confortable et on y dort bien. Chambre pas très bien isolée, on entend un peu les voisins de palier et les voitures dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Je recommande cette hôtel, même si tout n’est pas parfait il vaut le coup et je suis pas déçu de mon séjour.

The room was nice. The staff are nice. The breakfast was in the list when I reserved but the man said we don't have breakfast at all. In the form they said cleaning is upon request but they entered the room and cleaned it while we were not there. It was very far from places to visit in LA, and it's always heavy traffic to get there. If you are planning to visit LA for fun, maybe look for somewhere near those places instead.

They lie in their advertising claimingcthey have breakfast - only to tell us when we got there at 1am - with kids and elderly parent that website is erroneous - and management knows of the error. The room was not clean, the mini bar had an open chocalate in the frezzer, the microway was worst. It had pest all over. The chairs where very dirty, they offer breakfast but is not true. When I claim the guy at the front desk he say sorry my friend, no refounds. El cuarto estaba muy sucio. Dentro del refri había un chocolate abierto del huésped anterior, el horno de microondas muy sucio. Había cucarachas por todos lados. Las sillas extremadamente sucias y dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero es mentira. Cuando reclame al encargado de recepción. Solo me dijo lo siento amigo, no hay reembolsos.

I frequent the area due to work, and absolutely enjoy this location. The staff are always amazing, helpful and really take care of the property. It has easy access to the freeway and the amount of convenience options make this property worth the visit!
