### Home away from home with great proximity to everything Manhattan Beach! 

This beautiful home nestled in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach offers an open kitchen, living and dining area that truly feels like a home away from home. There is a private backyard space with patio furniture for outdoor living and enjoyment. The home has 3 bedrooms, (4th bed currently owner storage, but can be available for additional charge as office). Three bedrooms include: Two king beds and one queen bed. Located in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach, the home is situated in close proximity (and walkable) to both Downtown Manhattan Beach as well as Manhattan Village restaurants and shopping. The Greenbelt walking trail is easily accessible and only a short distance away from the home. The trail leads to the downtown areas as well as surrounding communities like Hermosa Beach. No garage access. Driveway parking (2 spaces) and street parking available.
