Cette hotel est en renovation et nous avons recu des texto pour nous permettre d acceder a notre chambre. nous n avons pas ete recu par le personnel de l hotel. Manque de service de leur part. a notre depart le commis a ete tres cooperatif nous permettant de mettre nos baggages en storage et nous suggere des resto pour dejeuner. Il a ete tres cooperatif sur toute la ligne.

We are so sorry for your experience. We a very small family owned, boutique hotel. As stated on our website we have not offered breakfast since the pandemic. We have also drastically reduced our prices across the board to reflect that as well. Our rooms are the most economical in all of Long Beach and also have the square footage in the description of the room as well. We would recommend reserving one of our Queen or King Beds rooms that are much larger in size as opposed to the full bed that you reserved. Or possibly try Hilton or Hyatt for much larger rooms at a substantially higher price. We appreciate the feedback and review and thank you for trying us out. Correct mais choisissez bien côté chambre
Prestation très variable d'une chambre à l'autre. Préférez les grandes chambres confortables avec frigo et machine à café. Les petites chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Parking à 100m à 8€/jour.

Bonne adresse. Simple et confortable.
Le studio est plutôt petit mais confortable. Il n'y a aucune vue dégagée en revanche c'est très calme, ce qui est agréable à los angeles ! La cuisine est simple et parfaitement équipée...et très propre ! Attention aucun service avec le covid, et ça ça n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce ! Ni parking ni petit dej...

Le genre de petit loft que nous avions était superbe. Propre au gout du jour et lit confortable. TV intelligente a disposition. La place en génerale est géniale et le fait de pouvoir utiliser de vélos sans frais est parfait! Le quartier est agréable, belle localisation. Seul hic...mauvaise insonorisation, mais des bouchons règle rapidement le problème. Il manquerait juste une petite buanderie dans limmeuble vu quune cuisinette et un local dordinateurs sont déjà à disposition.

Best hotel ever. Can't beat the amazing staff they are so accommodating. The rooms are top notch 10/10. It feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel and it's unbeatable for the price. The hotel was clean and mostly quiet and peaceful. We had a deluxe queen room and faced the street. There were nice smelling magnolia trees right out the window. Von's grocery store was just down the street and was convenient for buying food for the room. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. They were very quick to respond and great with communication. The area is very walkable and i give the property and staff 5 stars. The negatives about my stay had nothing to do with the property but there were homeless people all over the town some sleeping on the sidewalk right out front. Even witnessed a guy breaking car windows with a hammer right outside the window. The property is locked and safe. We were never bothered in our room and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that we slept 14 hours when we arrived. Also our room was ready when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early for free and we were about 5 hours early. I dont plan to return to Long Beach but if i ever find myself there again i would definitely stay at the Royal Hotel again.

Didn’t like anything. Smelt like 3 febreeze cans were sprayed in the room. Shower wasn’t sealed. Sink was in the opposite side of the room in the bedroom and we had less than a foot to walk around the entire bed on each side.

great value, comfy bed, artsy space, friendly staff, able to walk to water and run along the beach! drawbacks: (small) dishes etc in room were not clean, and (BIG) the management is not eco-friendly. they have large pumps for personal care products- YAY- but do not fill them and instead offer single-use plastics. also, NO RECYCLING on site?! this is CA- i expect better care of our planet, so come on!

This was a great experience. Comfortable bed, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, parking is available. Clean room with all the amenities. I also borrowed a bike and toured around. There were restaurant options close by. Highly recommend!

It was quaint and boutique for sure. The staff was very kind and responsive. I love the amenities they offer of bikes, umbrellas, water, and coffee. The rooms are small and nicely designed. The kitchenette is helpful for people that want to cook while traveling. There was some dirt spots that I didn’t look at for long for my own sanity. The bedding had some dirt stains, the floor still had debris as if unswept, the towels had stains, and the shower wall had starting evidence of what I hope is dirt stains. From what I can tell, not accessible for those that can’t make it up stairs. I felt safe with their door always locked and it was walkable to all the places I needed to go and for food.
