Amazing coastal city view in Vista Del Oro, San Pedro. Just two blocks from the iconic Averill Park, a premier wedding venue. Near Terranea Resort, Trump Golf Course (7 min), Long Beach (10 min), LAX (30 min), Beverly Hills (45 min), Disneyland (45 min). 5 minutes from local attractions: LA Cruise Ship Terminal, Cabrillo Beach, Korean Bell, USS Iowa, Palos Verdes, Ports O' Call Village, LA Maritime Museum, Point Fermin Park & Lighthouse, Fort MacArthur Museum. View of downtown Long Beach.  
  
Guests have full access to all spaces except the garage door entrance on the first floor.  
Here are additional rules to ensure a smooth stay:  
  
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
