it wasn't the first time we stayed there and I am sorry to say that it is not as good as ot used to be. the rooms are too dark and not as clean as they used to be, the staff is not as friendly as they used to be and the parking fees are shameful. We will NOT go back there again.

Un établissement bien situé , dans un quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité , par contre le service n'est pas à la hauteur , une chambre pour 3 adultes avec un second lit où il n'y a aurait pas de matelas ce serait identique , on couche sur les ressorts !!!! unes cuisine où les plaques chauffantes ne chauffent pas , un petit déjeuner revu à la baisse le week end .

Établissement propre ,bien situé mais des paramètres comme le second lit qui est un convertible avec un matelas tellement fin que l'on se lève avec la marque des ressort. On nous vend une cuisine équipé, impossible de faire chauffer quoi que ce soit sur les plaques. Par contre il y a un frigo congélateur et même un lave-vaisselle !! 2 serviettes pour 3 adultes, second lit pas fait, pas de drap de dessus. Bref manque de sérieux. Et ce que l'on vous dit à l'arrivée c'est parking ,non surveillé, mais payant 20$ la nuit .Et comme il est impossible de se garer à proximité !!!

Séjour d'une seule nuit en famille avant de reprendre notre vol retour / super localisation proche de l'aéroport, à proximité de centres commerciaux et points de restauration / la chambré était conforme à la description avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain + cuisine / très pratique / si on veut chercher des points négatifs : pas d'ascenceur pour porter des valises mais aide proposée au besoin

La chambre était confortable et bien équipé, elle était parfaite pour une grande famille comme nous (6 pers). Le personnel était très serviable. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Hélas les murs et les planchers sont aussi fins que du papier. Ayant des enfants, nous avons eu des plaintes des voisins car mes enfants riaient et marchaient trop fort. Nous avons du changer de chambre pour un rdc et là, nous avons subi à toute heure les allers et venues des voisins du dessus. Dommage car la chambre était vraiment parfaite en terme de surface et d’équipements pour ma famille.

Perfect location, great for a family of 5 since we had a 2 bedrooms suite, but the ceiling are low, there is no views from the room, even with a kitchen, the table has only 2 chairs....so it is ok for a short term vacation.

Point de chute idéal près de Manhattan Beach
Appart-hôtel impeccable ! Petit déjeuner de qualité : omelette du jour proposé ! Possibilité d’en demander une selon ses envies ! Situé au calme. Parking un peu juste... il faut quelque fois chercher une place pas toujours près de sa chambre. Supermarchés et restaurants aux alentours accessibles à pied ! Mais surtout près de Manhattan Beach ! Pittoresque. Plage géniale et beaucoup moins de monde qu’à Santa Monica ! A découvrir absolument.

Bon rapport qualité prix. J’ai opté pour une suite avec 2 chambres indépendantes et 2 salles de bain. Confortable et bien agencé. L’accès aux chambres est par contre un peu lugubre et l’extérieur pourrait être mieux entretenu. Meilleur petit déjeuner, et gratuit ce qui n’enlève rien, que dans la plupart des établissements de même catégorie.

This was a great choice for our family! We were traveling with my daughters and one of their friends, so we opted for a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Lot's of food options within walking or driving distance. The wifi worked easily. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom had a great lather. The free breakfast made it easier to get up and go. My favorite thing about our stay though was the staff. They were friendly and helpful. We checked in late in the evening with no issues, and they gave us some food recommendations. When my daughter left behind her gold earrings and her friend her portable speaker, they held them for us at the front desk until we could make our way back to get them. I would recommend this place.

You need to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance for “safety”. I didn’t make the cut off and they said “we’ll try and get you new towels” - I got back to my room to find I didn’t even get the towels. The hotel rooms go directly to the outside and makes the experience feel very unsafe, especially if you are out early or late when it’s dark. The gym facility is missing half the weights and when I asked at the front desk they seemed a to have no idea. Every morning it was me and a few others fighting over a few (odd selection) of very random, very old weights. I’ve stayed in a Hyatt house before and the standards at this one are miles lower than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. The hotel felt dingy and even the room smelled old. The property has a much higher rating than it should.

Staff was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice area. Grounds were clean and they had security patrolling the parking lot throughout the night. The room was outdated and the pullout bed was not in good shape. The king bed was comfortable and shower was very nice. Definitely recommend and it’s close to the beach.
