The main 2-story house features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line Thermador appliances, a large center island perfect for entertaining, high end finishes throughout, a huge wrap around terrace off the 2nd floor with views and a large grassy yard with gorgeous swimming pool, a BBQ grill and fire pit perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The separate Guest house is facing the pool area and has its own kitchen and full bath. All bedrooms & living areas are equipped with Smart flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. The Property is private & gated. Swimming pool can be heated at guests’ option for $125/day extra charge.
