I believe what they do after we leave is called a job and they get paid for that. Communication by text and email kept us up to date with easy and clear instructions. Directions and entry instructions were provided along with a list of things to do in the area. It's very close to Universal Studios and to the beach area, which is exactly what we were looking for. It is spacious so everyone had room to move around. The kitchen is well supplied, which made eating in much easier. Although the building is an older structure, it is well maintained and very clean. The Galleria is about a 2 minute walk away.
