Amenities: NBA regulated half court, mini soccer field, full gym, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, and poker table. Full outdoor kitchen with bar and grill. TVs in every room. Lastly, a recording studio for all your hidden talents There's no end to the indoor and outdoor entertainment available at this five-bedroom home in the hills, a beautifully designed estate with a private pool/spa that can be heated. You'll spend your days practicing your basketball skills on a NBA regulated half-court with a custom Lakers colored theme tributed to the late Kobe Bryant. You can take a couple of practice shots on the beautiful outdoor mini soccer field. Enjoy, the evening grilling in the built-in outdoor kitchen that includes a barbecue, fridge, fryer, sink, and island with bar stools. Enjoy a relaxing time outside thanks to the covered patio that includes a dining table. Inside, you can play Ping-Pong or Pool, set up a family tournament at the poker table, when the tournament ends, go over to the air hockey table and king/queen of games. After a long day of fun, gather around livng room's 86” Smart TV. You can also head over to the garage that is fully equipped with a gym and sauna. Gym includes ( stationary bike, treadmill, dumbbells, squat rack, bench press and boxing bag, etc). As the sun sets each evening, head outside to the fire-pit that includes a patio seating to watch the sky change colors and retreat to one of five bedrooms - a master with a king-size bed, call over your masseuse so you can enjoy the luxury of your own massage room in the master suite , a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed ,a fourth bedroom with double full beds, and a fifth bedroom with a pull out queen size bed. Lastly, if you have a hidden talent of being a musician, go into our one of a kind studio equipped with top of line recording equipment. Featuring your very own sound booth, or you can utilize the studio as your very own at home office. This secluded hills estate accommodates all your needs, from entreating guests to enjoying days full of entertainment and fun with family and friends There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $72/day. Parking Parking is very simple, inside of the gated estate you can fit up to 10-15 cars in front of the garage depending on the size of the vehicle RULES Please be respectful to the neighbors and treat it like its your own home. \- No smoking (smoking Fee will Apply if done so) \- No loud music after 11pm \- No Dribbling basketball after 10:30 PM ( court lights cut off at 10:45 PM ) \- No loud talking or screaming on driveway after 9PM \-No glass by pool area \- Pets allowed with a fee (please curb your animals fee will apply if not done) \- Do not exceed amount of guests allowed (outdoor security cameras will identify if guests exceeded the limit) \- Pease do not move Furniture around ( fee will be Applied if done so ) \- Zero Tolerance for events / party \* Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. However the house itself is not in great shape granted, it is still nice. Kitchen sink loves to stop shooting water, certain areas of the floor are raised up like theres an air bubble in them, Certain doors are nearly impossible to close without them getting stuck on the wall and ripping off causing you to leave them open. Especially with the master bedroom, a duck taped bed frame that was broken and sinking downwards. Our group enjoyed the pool/hot tub, sport court, ping pong table, arcade game. Also lots of space for our group of 8\. George was also very responsive. Cons: As others have mentioned, the place is in need of a deep clean. We initially were only provided one towel per person until we found towels in the dryer. We chose this property to accommodate our family, including young children, and were deeply disappointed by the severe lack of cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance. The condition of the home was far below what was advertised and unacceptable for the price paid.Below is a detailed list of the issues we encountered during our stay:Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues:The home was extremely dirty. The property need updating in the pool area and outside patio. Not cleaned, old bed mattresses left outside, broken lawn chair umbrella and old need replacing empty liquor bottles left near pool. Lawn chair pillows stained. Screen to door broken, cabinet in kitchen broken in which host knows but fails to disclaim prior to me noticing and notifying him. We also kept having to reset water heater as we had to take cold showers due to losing hot water each night. For the cost of rental, we expected a better experience. Also should provide face cloths along with shower cloths again such an inconvenience to have to go and buy at store. ##### Davida F. George was helpful with that part. The kids loved the arcade NBA Jam game. The bedrooms are sparse, but the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend some additional towels for a full house like we had, and that the back yard screen doors and the closet in the double bed room upstairs be repaired. Otherwise, very enjoyable and mostly functional. ##### Marguerite J. Great property. Some issues were dealt with very fast by a George and his team. Despite previous reviews we did not feel overlooked at all.
