Private compound with free gated parking (1 space for guest only) We are centrally located to most LA attractions without the high price of living expense, The space We own a private residential compound with four (4) separate private units on the ground floor, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The back house has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. In my opinion, this is a perfect place for a group of younger adults on a budget. It was fairly bare bones, the only kitchen chairs had no backs (and there were only 4), and there wasn’t a kitchen table (we just used the kitchen island). All that was fine for us, but with the mismatched Furnature in the downstairs, it felt a bit catered to college age. Everything was clean, nothing broken, free street parking on weekends for a second car. Self-check in. Worked well for our needs. ##### Emily K. The house was amazingly clean, and the owner/property manager were very nice. They helped us in every aspect of our stay, and were very responsive. We loved the location, as it was easy to get to the Universal Studios/Hollywood area in a quick 30 min or so (with light traffic). The beds were clean, and the bathroom was well stocked.
