Located just 450ft from the beach and The Strand boardwalk, and only 2 blocks from the Hermosa Beach Pier, which makes this property the perfect location for enjoying all that the beautiful South Bay beaches have to offer! There are so many activities at the beach and depending on the time of your visit, you can enjoy concerts at the beach, volleyball, lifeguard competitions, or surfing tournaments, whale watching, view SpaceX rocket launches from Noble Park which is 300 feet from the house, and there is tons of shopping and numerous fine/casual dining options all within a very short walking distance. This is a three bedroom two bath property with a gourmet kitchen and private balcony with private BBQ. You also have access to the upstairs furnished shared rooftop deck, with ocean/city views. The garage is also a shared space equipped with beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, surf boards, and washer/dryer. Each unit can park ONE car in the driveway. There is also the option of renting the lower 2 bedroom 3 bath with separate kitchen when availability allows.
